He has more than 18 years of experience in the execution and control of investment projects in the infrastructure, energy and health industries for private sector firms, such as Grupo FEMSA, Case-New Holland and Mondélez Internacional. Within the public sector, he was a part of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) subsidiary, Gerencia de Servicio a Pozos, based in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico.

Jorge has participated in several industry’s events, such as La Jolla Energy Conference, organized by the Institute of the Americas in San Diego, California, USA, and in the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), among others.

He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Mexico Chapter. He has post graduate studies in Business Management and an MBA form Rice University in Houston, USA, and he is a Civil Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico.
