Subtec vs. breast cancer

Subtec vs. breast cancer

Starting the month of August, Subtec, a subsidiary company of Blue Marine headed by Emilio Pescador Asaf, together with Pemex, donated a high-tech mammograph scanner with a value of just over four million pesos.

This donation is part of the support initiatives that the energy industry has been carrying out for a long time in order to provide health and welfare to the most vulnerable sectors. On this occasion, the sophisticated scanner created for the early detection of breast cancer, was donated to the Hospital of the Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), where it was received with great enthusiasm by the staff of the Hospital.

This action, in addition to promoting and standardizing a culture of prevention, seeks to impact the incidence of breast cancer in the population because, currently, the state of Puebla is located as a national level, in the sixth place of deaths related to this disease.
