Our model for evaluating the integrity and reliability of facilities, as well as offshore equipment, allows us to support our customers in the strategic planning of their maintenance programs, starting with regular inspections of offshore structures with submarine equipment to detect possible damage, corrosion or wear that may affect the functionality of the structures.
We have cutting-edge technology for visual inspections with Underwater Robots (ROV) and with expert service, both for saturation diving and surface diving. In addition, we perform non-destructive tests to determine the condition of the structures, which we record in our operational reliability control system as a basis for the design of strategic corrective and operational maintenance programs.
Thanks to the management of our operational reliability control programs, Subtec has a robust technical and operational structure for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for the early detection and attention of possible problems, with installed capacity to execute the required solution, whether it is maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, or the replacement of structural components.
We have the tools and qualified technical personnel to calibrate critical equipment such as pressure gauges, control systems and safety valves, to ensure their accuracy and proper functioning. In the same way, we perform performance tests on wind installations to identify potential problems such as damaged blades, generator failure, faulty control systems or problems with turbine performance.
